Embracing Our Autistic Selves
A space to breathe, unmask, and come home to who you already are.
This isn’t a course about fixing yourself.
It’s a gathering about remembering yourself.
Too often, Autistic lives are framed through deficit, compliance, and survival. This course gently but firmly steps out of that story. Together, we explore what it means to understand autism as identity, culture, and way of being in the world; not a problem to solve, but a self to inhabit.
You’ll be invited to reflect on masking, burnout, identity, belonging, and the quiet grief of having to earn acceptance. You’ll also be invited into something softer and stronger: self-recognition, community connection, and permission to exist without apology.
This space is Autistic-led, neurodivergent-competent, and grounded in lived experience rather than abstract theory. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need the right words. You just need to arrive as you are.
If you’re tired of performing, shrinking, or explaining yourself; this is for you.
If you’re ready to explore what thriving might look like on your own terms; this is for you.
Come as you are. Leave with more of yourself intact.
