Embracing Our Autistic Selves
A Course To Build A Positive Sense Of Autistic Identity While Still Honouring The Struggle
We are often made to feel like outsiders when members of the Autistic community make us feel like total positivity is a requirement for being Autistic.
The truth is that being Autistic itself is neutral, it's neither good nor bad. That doesn't mean it can't be a positive part of our identity.
Next month I am delivering a course that will, through discussion and learning, help us build a positive Autistic identity that still honours the fact that it comes with a lot of struggles.

The course runs over 3 weeks during January.
