Dear friends, wanderers of thought and identity,
There are moments when we’re not becoming ourselves, but remembering ourselves. When the noise falls away, what remains is not a checklist of deficits or performance masks, but the quiet architecture of who we already are.
I'm inviting you into one of those moments.
Embracing Our Autistic Selves is a three-week online experience (via Zoom) starting Wednesday 7th January 2026, crafted as a space to lean into your autistic identity; not as something to fix, but something to meet gently and honestly.
Across three evenings, we’ll explore:
What do we actually know about autism?
How do we feel about being Autistic, in our bodies, in the world, in relation to others?
What does it mean to be autistic for me, when I strip away what others expect?
It’s not a lecture series. It’s a conversation. It’s reflection. It’s collective witnessing. Participation is encouraged, and your voice, however quiet or resonant, is the vital pulse of this gathering.
This is a course with heart, led from lived experience and humility, anchored in the hope that rather than contending with our Autistic identity, we might befriend it. A friendship built not on apology or accommodation, but on recognition and respect.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis. You don’t need to have the right words. You simply need your presence, exactly as it is.
Three Wednesday evenings:
7th, 14th, and 21st January
Online, hosted by DGH Neurodivergent Consultancy via Zoom.
Reserve your place and weave yourself more fully into your own story:
Let this be a beginning, a gentle turning toward yourself in a world that so often asks us to explain, perform, or justify. May this space be one of rest, resonance, and recognition.
